Blanco has unveiled a champagne-coloured induction cooktop that claims to blend in with light-coloured bench tops.

The Blanco CI804L ($3499) comes with adjustable preset power settings and a tempo function which displays the time elapsed since the last time a power setting adjustment was made on the zones in use.
It also has a an LCD display that has ‘smart features’ which include 5 language features, programmable cooking of up to two different power settings and heating times per zone, a timer for each zone, and independent cooktop lock.
Blanco has also launched the CI603M ($2799), an induction cooktop that not only features the same intelligent touch control, but also sport 6 inductors with new Bevelled edge. The maxi-zone increases cooking flexibility allowing you to use different pot configurations to suit your needs and can deliver total control from 50W to 3600W.
Blanco’s new range of Platinum Induction Cooktops will be available from October 2010.
