The new cooktops from Blanco deliver fast and precise cooking using induction technology.

Using magnetic technology, induction coils transfer energy from under the surface to the cast iron or steel pan to generate heat. Food is cooked by the heat generated directly onto the pan and has no flames or heat.
The new models come with a flexible temperature control, touch sensitive surface that is easy to use and easier to clean, a boost function as well as independent timers for each zone. Other features include small utensil safety detection linked to an automatic stop system, safety lock and residual heat light indicators.
Compatible pots include stainless steel, thick based enamel and cast iron.
Blanco’s models include the 60cm three zone BIC63 (RRP $1999), the 60cm four zone BIC64 (RRP $2299) and the 80cm four zone BIC84 (RRP $2799).
