Premium audio brand Bowers & Wilkins has expanded its popular 700 Series lineup with the launch of the new 707 Prestige Edition, positioning it as the company’s most luxurious and best-performing compact bookshelf speaker to date.
The 707 Prestige Edition builds on the existing 707 S3 platform, which already borrows heavily from the company’s flagship 800 Series Diamond range.
The new model adds both visual flair and sonic upgrades aimed at audiophiles who want high-end performance in a smaller form factor.

The standout feature is the exclusive Santos Gloss finish, inspired by the Santos Rosewood used on the coveted 805 D3 Prestige Edition.
Each cabinet is treated with no fewer than 12 layers of paint and lacquer, giving it a deep, piano-like gloss.
A unique rear logo plate further differentiates the Prestige Edition from the standard model. Buyers can also pair the speakers with optional FS-700 S3 floorstands in black or silver.

The 707 Prestige Edition retains key technologies such as the Carbon Dome tweeter, Continuum mid-bass driver and curved baffle design. But it gains a carefully optimised tweeter grille mesh and upgraded low-loss speaker terminals borrowed from the award-winning 705 S3 Signature.
B&W says these changes improve resolution and deliver a wider, more immersive soundstage.
The 707 Prestige Edition are priced at €1750 or £1550. Australian pricing and local availability are yet to be confirmed.
