Breville have refined and improved on the typical sandwich press to deliver what the company claims are “perfect” results.
The Perfect Press does away with a heavy upper plate, reducing it from two kilograms to 425 grams. It also incorporates “crush control”, which Breville say will help cooks “recreate caf? inspired toasties and melts that won’t get squashed” in their own home.
Other features include cast aluminium PFOA-free non-stick plates and an open melt position.
According to Breville, the Perfect Press is “perfect” for two sandwiches at a time and is designed for easier cleaning and storage, along with a polished stainless steel finish.
The Perfect Press from Breville is available in-stores now for RRP $129.95.
