Canon has launched an all-around DSLR that claims to capture a variety of subjects in different shooting conditions.
Canon Australia’s Brand Manager for EOS, Chris Macleod said, “With the introduction of this brand new EOS product line, Canon is responding to consumer demand for an enthusiast-level DSLR that is packed with all the best features.”
The EOS 7D can also shoot at speeds of eight frames per second, with the ability to capture 90 shots in a single continuous burst. Other features like Auto Lighting Optimiser and Peripheral Illumination correction are also included which ensures that while users are experimenting with new shooting situations and styles, they are still capturing high-quality shots. Captured images can then be seen on the 3-inch Clear View II LCD screen, with anti-reflection and a smudge-resistant surface.
“The perfect all-rounder, the EOS 7D can go anywhere and capture anything, while letting users expand their creative control. It’s the perfect camera for shooting a creative portrait, sports match, night scene, or even recording all three in FULL HD video,” concluded Macleod.
The EOS 7D (RRP TBC) will be available through Canon retailers from October.
