SAN FRANCISCO – Google has added some new features to the Cardboard virtual reality (VR) headset that will let people take a wander through the outside world with Street View – see picture.“Google Cardboard is bringing VR worldwide. The
Google Cardboard app is available in 39 languages and over 100 countries on
Android and iOS devices,” said Brandon West, software engineer and
official “stereoscopic sightseer” at Google.
“Additionally, the Cardboard developer docs are now published in 10
languages to help developers build great VR experiences.”
With more than 15 million installs of Cardboard apps from Google Play, we’re
