Samsung has denied industry accusations that the company damaged the competitive capacity of Apple competitors by supplying Apple with extremely cheap NAND Flash Memory for its new iPod Nano MP3 player.
The technology giant Apple admitted today there was a problem with its latest Nano iPod but insisted the numbers affected by the flaw were minimal. Owners are complaining about cracked screens and easily-scratched surfaces as well as poor battery life.
Complaints are mounting over the workmanship of the new iPod Nano.It now emerges that Apple's customer service staff are stretched to the limit handling complaints that the iPod Nano is too fragile for everyday use.
Creative Labs is recalling thousands of MP3 players that it shipped with a virus. The loss making company has instituted a partial product recall after discovering that it accidentally shipped approximately 3,700 MP3 players contaminated with a Windows virus.
