Hard-driving lead guitar from Angus Young, raspy vocals from Brian Johnson, with both being backed up by one of the best rhythm sections in rock ‘n roll courtesy of Messrs Young Snr, Williams and Rudd.
Standout tracks include the aforementioned Rock and Roll Train, Big Jack and She Likes Rock N Roll, with a couple of duds in there that probably could have been left off an album that is just a little bit longer that it needs to be.
Arguably their best effort since Back In Black (although The Razor’s Edge deserves a mention, too), it is no surprise that this album hit the number one spot in 20 countries. It just goes to show that some bands still have enough petrol in the tank even if they have been around for 30 plus years. Bring on the tour Downunder!
