Now that the curtains have drawn on CES, the world’s largest tradeshow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud has teamed up with Ignite Social Media to develop an infographic revealing what the twitterati thought of the event.
CES garnered almost one million twitter mentions (927,190 to be exact). The show peaked on day 2 when Samsung took to the stage to unveil its flexible smartphone displays (Youm), its upcoming smartphone processor (Exynos 5 Octa) and introduced former president Bill Clinton as a guest.
Although it was the most mentioned brand, people were talking about Sony’s Xperia Z smartphone. The Xperia Z (44%) dwarfed Samsung’s UHD TV (24%), along with products from Razr, Nvidia and Ford.
The most popular A-lister in attendance was 50 cent, while Ultra-High Definition televisions and Phablets categories (smartphone-meet-tablet) were the talk of the show.
