Scottish actor saddles up for his latest role as new face of LG. (What would Renton say?)
The ever cool Ewan McGregor was today announced as LG Australia and New Zealand’s new brand ambassador starting from this month.
McGregor is one of the most prolific movie actors who found fame in the cult 90’s movie Trainspotting, famous for the line, “Choose life. Choose a f****** big television. Choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players, and electrical tin openers.”

Now the Scottish actor has chosen to be the face of LG and its big TVs and home entertainment units in OZ, McGregor said:
“I’m looking forward to working with LG Electronics to help showcase its latest home entertainment range. I am pleased to be working alongside the company to help bring these great products to the Australian market.”

McGregor will also feature in LG’s advertising campaigns to promote some new products across its home entertainment range.
