Clarion’s latest range of CD tuners incorporate a 3.5mm jack input on all models allowing users to connect almost any portable audio player.
The 2 and 5 models of the CZ series offer USB connectivity for playback of compressed audio stored on thumb drives and iPod’s alike. Simply connect your device via the rear mounted USB port to enjoy complete control over your music library via the main panel while your on the move.
Units come in a combination of piano and satin black finishes designed to suit the interior of any vehicle. For safer operation when driving, the main controls of these products are backlit with a cool blue lighting and a defined silver finish.
Both 1 and 2 series models feature in-built, high powered 4 by 50 watt amplification, AM FM radio,CD audio and compressed audio playback of MP3 and WMA formats.
When it comes to audio connectivity, both models pack a 4 channel RCA output with non-fader control for subwoofer. These models also allow you to tailor your audio via the on-board “Z-enhancer Plus” equalizer and “Magna bass” expander functions.
The CZ509A flip-face model takes the concept one step further by offering a six-channel RCA output that includes both high and low pass audio filters as well as BBE and beat EQ sound technologies for complete sound control.
If you’re looking for bluetooth connectivity, Clarion’s 5 series also offers in-built hands free functionality and streaming of audio content direct from any A2DP capable mobile phone or audio device. Bluetooth connectivity is also offered as an optional extra for both 1 and 2 series models via the BLT370 handsfree car kit.
