A videogame based on the upcoming movie The Expendables 2 is in the works
A videogame based on Sylvester Stallone’s upcoming action flick is in the later stages of development. This is according to a classification listing of The Expendables 2 Videogame on the Australian Classification Board’s website.
The game has earned a MA15+ rating for “strong violence.”
Ubisoft, who is responsible for the Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry series, is listed as the game’s publisher.
The Expendables 2 movie is expected in Aussie cinemas by the 30th of August, indicating the video game will be released thereabouts.
The movie is a throwback to the action heroes of the 80s. Its cast includes Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Jean Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris, Jet Li and many other action A-listers.
Ubisoft hasn’t revealed any details regarding the upcoming videogame.
