PC parts player Corsair have announced their latest investment into their gaming hardware arena, announcing the new Glaive RGB gaming mouse.
Ergonomically shaped for right-handed users and built to offer up to 16000 DPI, Corsair say the Glaive “was engineered for unrivaled performance and unmatched comfort. Its contoured shape ensures pure comfort, hour after hour of gameplay.”
They’ve even earned an endorsement from CLG’s Zaqueri “APHROMOO” Black, who says that the “Corsair Glaive RGB is really comfortable and fits my palm shape very well; it feels like an extension of my hand. The grip and weight of it are perfect and give me the precise control I need when I’m in-game and in the zone.”
The Glaive itself incorporates a small amount of on-board memory, allowing you to save and take your mouse settings with you from PC to PC.
The other key feature here is (as is always the case with gaming hardware) dynamic 3-zone RGB backlighting. Corsair say you’ll be able to “customize your colors with immersive RGB backlighting and nearly unlimited lighting adjustability.”
It’ll also come with a set of three different thumb-grips, allowing for a third and final degree of customization.
In the US, the Glaive RGB will retail for $69. Australian price and availability for the Corsair has yet to be confirmed but expect to see it on JB Hi-Fi shelves before long.
