The Loewe Individual is available in two design versions – either as ‘Compose’ with a glass contrast filter screen or as ‘Selection’ with high gloss front frame. The Compose model offers 400Hz with intelligent backlight control on 40-inch and above models. All models feature LED backlighting and comes with Media+ technology that provides access to online content and multimedia files, with the company offering dual tuner versions that come with a 250GB hard drive.
It is available in Aluminium Black, Aluminium Silver or High Gloss White, with users having the option to change the insets. A variety of floor stands, wall solutions and racks are also available.
Each television is available with or without a high quality stereo speaker system that attaches below the screen. A second option is the Sound Projector, a slim one-box solution capable of delivering up to 7.1 channels of surprisingly effective virtual surround sound. Using multiple speakers, microphone calibration and sophisticated processing, the Sound Projector fills the room with surround sound without filling the room with speaker boxes.
The company is also offering an electrostatic speaker system that uses a large flat membrane to generate the sound waves. Called Individual Stand Speaker SL, users can also pair it with an active subwoofer.
The new Individual series televisions, speakers and stands are available from October 2010 with price ranging from $4,499 to $9,999.
