Dell is expected to showcase its new handheld tablet running on the Android OS at CES 2010.

According to various online reports, this tablet sports a 5-inch touchscreen and runs on Android OS. It also has built-in 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, and a microSDHC card slot.

Various photos and videos of the device can be found online, but we have to wait for Dell’s announcement for it to be official.
