Anchorage Capital, the owners of the Dick Smith stores is set to open a new premium brand store called Move, the new store will be based in Bondi.
Vendors who have been working with Dick Smith management in sourcing products for the new store claim the concept is “refreshing”.
Media will be shown the new store on 3 October. Described as a fusion of fashion and consumer electronics, the concept for the store has been branded “fashtronics” and a retail location is for the brand conscious and for those who want their technology with a twist of individuality and style.
To launch Move, New York based Australian model, stylist and 4th and Bleeker blogger Alexandra Spencer, has curated a range of her favourite, stylish technology products which will be unveiled on the night.
In addition, fashion duo Romance Was Born will unveil their limited edition smartphone accessories that will be sold exclusively at Move.
