Hardware distributor Bluechip Infotech has merged with infrastructure pusher TrackITOnline as it seeks to break into the enterprise cloud market.
The merged company plans to launch a new enterprise division operating under the name Delivio.
It will be headed by former TrackITOnline manager Phil Lancaster. There are currently 64 staff at the new company, including eight from TrackITOnline, Web site ARN reports.
