LG Electronics has confirmed that it will roll out in Australia a new line of “Masterpiece” LCD and plasma TVs during the next few weeks. In an exclusive picture supplied by LG to SmartHouse one can see for the first time a new styling that introduces more rounded edges and corners; a gloss piano-black bezel; and a re-engineered pedestal base, which LG claims will take advantage of the growing lifestyle trend of placing large flat-panel TVs on tables and cabinet tops, rather than mounting them on walls.
