Panasonic has added two new products to its home audio range including its first soundbar system and a micro system.

The SC-HTB10 sports a compact profile, has bamboo cone speakers, and comes with an integrated subwoofer. Its compatibility with Audio Return Channel (ARC) means that all a user needs to do is to connect the unit to a television via an HDMI cable.

Panasonic is also offering a new micro-system that comes with a tray-loading CD mechanism, USB playback, and music port for digital audio player connection. The SC-PM02 sports a small form factor and has 10cm Full Range Bass-reflex speakers.

Panasonic Australia’s Product Marketing Manager – Audio, Anthony Smyth said, “We are very excited to bring these products to the Australian market and are confident that consumers will find the superior audio quality and contemporary styling a fantastic addition to their home entertainment set-up,” he said.

The SC-HTB10 and SC-PM02 are available now for $399 and $149 respectively.
