This Breville beauty promises brick-oven pizza at home
Breville’s new Crispy Crust Pete Evans (BPZ600) pizza oven cooks in as little as five minutes.
The Crispy Crust has dual heating elements (top and bottom) that evenly heat the thick 12″ ceramic pizza stone to a high 350 degrees celcius, replicating the cooking environment of a brick oven.
Whether the preferred base is thin, classic or thick, Crispy Crust automatically adjusts the temperature.
A viewing window also allows cooking to be monitored without opening the lid. There’s also a ‘Keep Warm’ setting that reheats slices.
Breville are also throwing in a bonus Pete Evans Pizza book, which includes recipes for classic or gluten-free dough, from
spicy Chilli Prawn with Salsa Verde to moreish Italian Meatball.
