Leading retailers who are trying to build market share in the video games market have already started slashing the price of Grand Theft Auto IV which is expected to nett over $400 million dollars in it’s first week on sale. Some are also giving the game away for free in exchange for old games.
Leading games web site Palgn say that Big W is offering the standard edition for the insane price of $78, while JB Hi-Fi are a great alternative with a price tag of $84.87.
They also say that at JB Hi Fi one can trade in three Xbox 360 games or two PlayStation 3 games and get Grand Theft Auto IV for free.
