A new in-car iPod adapter offers consistent, full CD-quality sound, according to its distributor.
The HiTV iPod adapter allows you to use the buttons that normally control your CD player to access the library on your player, so you can skip tracks, fast forward, rewind and adjust the volume using your radio controls. Cars that have buttons on the steering wheels can also be operated by those means.
But the adapter doesn’t just control your iPod – it also recharges it at the same time.
The adapter comes in various forms so it is designed to fit the car manufacturer’s original stereo system.
Currently, models are available for Audi, Vokswagen, Jetta, Honda, Mazda, Toyota, Suzuki and Lexus cars.
