Breville has added to its line of gluten-free breadmakers, with a new product that offers up 23 automatic bread programs for a variety of bread and dough.
Included in the programming of the The BBM100 Baker’s Oven electronic bread maker machines is a gluten free option that obtains an airy rise to previously typically low and dense gluten-free loaves, claims Breville.
It also has an innovative power interruption protection and a 13 hour preset timer allowing users to bake either a 750g or 1kg bread loaf overnight.

Also available is the BEM200 Wizz electronic mixer series designed for those who like to bake their own cakes and buscuits.
Available in red, black, white and gunmetal grey, the unit comes with a 600 watt motor, electronic 12-speed control with turbo boost function, and two stainless-steel mixing bowls with a 4 litre and small 1.8 litre capacity, respectively.
