Google Come Out To ‘Play’ Oct 29

Google: “The playground is open.”
Internet giant to open up its Android ‘playground’ October 29 in New York, it declared in an invitation sent to media today in the US.

What exactly might be in this “playground” is another story.

But it is going to be a gung-ho “Android event” as the invitation states.

Our friends at Android Central reckon it could be “some sort of new Nexus device” (32GB Nexus 7 tablet perhaps), or a LG Nexus 4, or it could be a surprise product from any of the brands that carry the Google OS including Samsung, Sony et al.

But maybe not.

We’ll just have to wait and see.
