Google Assistant has been further enhanced for Android devices with the introduction of image search engine Google Lens.
The feature is now rolling out for Android users and will soon be able to be used on iOS devices.
Google Lens is a visual search engine where users can point their camera at anything and the Google Assistant will tell you what it is. It can also show an address on maps so when you take a photo of an address, Lens can pull up directions on maps to the location.
Another interesting feature is if you take a photo of a network name and password for a Wi-Fi router, it will automatically connect to that network.
Google made the announcement via Twitter.

Google Lens was introduced on the Pixel 2 smartphone.
