Hisense Australia has partnered with Freeview to launch a range of televisions carrying the FreeviewPlus certification.Freeview has today announced that 60 per cent of Hisense’s 2015 television range is FreeviewPlus-certified, including Hisense’s latest UHD ultra-dimming and curved models.
“As Australia’s fastest growing television brand across all Australian retailers, Hisense are a key partner to ensure a wider Australian audience can gain access to the great range of services FreeviewPlus has to offer,” Liz Ross, Freeview CEO, stated.
FreeviewPlus employs hybrid TV technology, combining broadband and broadcast TV, offering a range of features, including a seven-day electronic program guide and access to available catch-up services in one place.

Hisense FreeviewPlus-certified televisions will be available nationally from retailers including Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Bing Lee, Myer, Retravision, Betta and JB Hi-Fi.
