Hisense Unveils Thin LCD TV

Hisense will be launching a 42-inch LCD TV that is only 44.8mm thick, making it one of the thinnest LCD TV to date.

The 42-inch model has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080, 100Hz, 4ms response time, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, and has less than 1W stand-by power. The screen can be recycled as it does not contain any mercury, toxic, or harmful environmental substances.

This 42-incher will be launched in Australia early 2009.
