Hitachi’s new range of air conditioners are claimed to “Increase home comfort by delivering practical core technologies that produce cleaner air.”
It now offers a complete line of inverter and constant-speed reverse-cycle split-room air conditioners.
Its inverter-split room air conditioners are claimed to have 10 percent greater energy efficiency than standard AC inverter models and boast a wider-than-conventional surface area that allows rapid cooling and heating. The Hitachi air purification system is said to help clean the indoor environment with Nanotitanium filter technology, which is claimed to capture and eliminate airborne microbes by blasting them with UV rays before catching them in a filter.
Hitachi says the range has many user-friendly features to assist air evenly throughout a space.
Prices range from $900 to $2900.
