Hewlett-Packard, who earlier this month launched a new notebook range (some with Beats Audio technology built in), has moved to sell backpacks, mice and webcams.A new Select 120 backpack which is geared toward students has been announced by HP. It comes with multi-layer padding, a reinforced bottom, multiple compartments, adjustable straps, and black and red designs.
HP said that the bags can fit most 16-inch notebooks.
The PC Company has also introduced a Signature Slim Brief and Authentic Top-Load notebook cases for use with 14- and 16-inch notebooks. Both have water-resistant exteriors, detachable shoulder straps, cushioned handles and up to nine multi-purpose pockets.
HP has also introduced two new webcams, both with 720p video calling and one-touch uploading to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. The HD 3310 adds three-way video calling software and three quick-launch buttons for instant access to common tasks.
It is not known when or if the products will go on sale in Australia.
