Smartphone Company HTC is set to accelerate the delivery of the Android L operating system to their devices.
HTC says all of its One (M7) and One (M8) smartphones will receive Android L within 90 days of getting the final bits of code from Google.
The Company was among the first to deliver Android Kit Kat to their devices.
The upgrade will apply to both unlocked and mobile operator-branded versions of its two most-recent flagships smartphones that are still getting “rave” reviews from publications around the world.
HTC said that they plan to deliver timely Android upgrades as part of its HTC Advantage program, which is a no-cost option that adds several major benefits for users of their devices.
Other HTC smartphones that are part of the One “family” will get Android L following the two flagship HTC smartphones.
