HTC has appointed Antal Keur as Account Manager and Poh-Lee Koh to the role of Marketing Communications Manager for HTC in Australia and New Zealand as the company prepares its Google Android offering for the marketplace.Keur brings more than 15 years of experience in the mobile industry to the role, with particular expertise in product management and business development. He was previously Customer Portfolio Manager at Sony Ericsson where he was responsible for portfolio management, product launch, pre-sales and business development in the Oceania region.
At HTC, Antal will focus on expanding HTC’s business throughout Australia and New Zealand through continuing to strengthen relationships with mobile network operators, distributors and the retail channel, increasing HTC’s presence in the consumer and enterprise market.
Koh was formerly Public Relations Manager at Fairfax Business Media where she was responsible for the development and implementation of PR plans for Fairfax Business Media titles.
Koh will be managing HTC’s integrated marketing efforts to support the company’s smartphone launch roadmap. She will also be involved in the strategic planning of HTC’s marketing initiatives to increase the company’s brand awareness in Australia.
