HTC has chosen to bypass the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona for the launch of a new flagship smartphone.
Instead the Company will simultaneously launch their new M7 in London and New York on February 19th.
Last night the Taiwanese Company, who is under pressure from Samsung, sent out invitations for their new M7 which will have a Qualcomm 1.7GHz quadcore chipset and a 13MP camera.
The new smartphone has already been submitted to Telstra and Optus for approval prior to going on sale in Australia.
According to one carrier source the new device has a “very bright Full HD screen” along with new software capability. The device is also larger than prior HTC smartphones.
