Induction cooking technology has come a long way since its discovery in the 1930s and ILVE’s believes the latest addition to its cooktop range is one of the most proficient untis available.
Induction cooking has taken off in the last 10 years with the European manufacturers having a breakthrough in design in 2000, enabling the induction systems to be constructed much cheaper with a more compact and efficient design.
The 60cm and 90cm induction cooktops are ILVE’s latest products to hit the shelves and for people who have been thinking about upgrading their cooktop at home but aren’t able go gas, ILVE’s induction systems are the ultimate alternative.
Both of ILVE’s 60cm and 90cm induction cooktops are designed for simple operation and include touch control operation, nine cooking temperature variations and a simmer mode. Even with inductions near instantaneous heat-up systems, the ILVE induction elements also include booster zones to minimise heat up times even further.
Child safety locks and residual heat indicators have also been incorporated into the design to ensure your families safety.
