The Company that describes themselves as a broadband TV content aggregator and operator provided movie content & operations to ISP, retail and media partners.
RealTime sold aggregated content suitable for PC and set top box IPTV delivery and was hoping to be a major player as a content provider. Last month CEO and director Andrew Wilshire quit the Company.
In advertisements in the Financial Review Ferrier Hodgson are attempting to solicit ate expressions of interest in RealTime and Xstreem Networks. Interested parties are asked to submit their interest in writing no later than the 4th of April 2008.
The assets of the Company are limited to goodwill and intellectual property. Administrators are Darren Weaver and Andrew Saker.
