In a joint announcement today, Jaycar Electronics, a Sydney-based 60+ store electronics retailer, advised that it will be sponsoring the Bulldogs first grade team for the rest of the NRL season.Jaycar’s Managing Director Gary Johnston recognised the impressive job the Bulldogs’ management and players had done in turning the club around.
“I have a successful business and I like to be associated with success so a partnership with the Bulldogs was a natural” said Johnston. “They are at the top of the league table by dint of good off-season buying, good coaching and disciplined club management. These are all characteristics I admire.”
“The Bulldogs’ management and players have shown us all the way forward for the future of Rugby League. We wish the Bulldogs well and we are sure that all true Rugby League lovers will feel the same way,” Johnston continued.
