Roy Morgan has announced the winners of its 2017 Customer Satisfaction Awards, with JB Hi-Fi taking the top spot as ‘Furniture/Electrical Store of the Year’ for the first time.
For the third consecutive year, Myer won ‘Department Store of the Year’, whilst The Reject Shop was awarded ‘Discount Variety Store of the Year’ for the sixth consecutive time.
Roy Morgan’s Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards are based upon a year’s worth of data derived from the company’s Consumer Single Source Awards.
Michele Levine, Roy Morgan CEO, presented thirty two awards to Australian businesses which “outperformed their peers” with “unwavering dedication to satisfying their customers” during 2017″
