Klipsch has introduced its first Bluetooth headphones, taking the wraps off its Klipsch R6 In-Ear Bluetooth headphones, adding to its R6 series of in-ear and on-ear headphone models.Klipsch states that the R6 In-Ear Bluetooth headphones employ “the same advanced acoustic engineering and industrial design” as its Reference home theater speakers, providing their performance, voice and design.
The R6 In-Ear Bluetooth headphones’ dual-magnet moving coil drivers cover a wide frequency range with dynamic detail, delivering “strikingly realistic sound, revealing acoustics and deep bass”.
“Its use of a dynamic driver and aptX high-definition Bluetooth streaming technology ensures never having to choose between sound and comfort with up to eight hours of battery life,” Klipsch states.
The R6 In-Ear Bluetooth headphones sport a behind-the-ear design, delivering “superior comfort”, taking the bulk out of the user’s ear canal, and are equipped with Klipsch’s patented oval ear tips, with Klipsch stating they “also offer superior noise isolation (or passive noise-cancellation), blocking out almost all ambient noise and providing excellent bass”.
An advanced three-button remote offers full control of most smartphone models, including Android and Apple devices, providing for control of music and phone calls, with a cVc microphone automatically enhancing voice clarity and actively reducing environmental noise.
The R6 In-Ear Bluetooth headphones are available in a black finish, and come with a travel pouch, cable clip and four different sized ear tips for a customised fit.
