Huawei throws its latest mobile creations into the ring at Barcelona.

The IDEOS X3smartphone, on Android Gingerbread helps users communicate and engage in social networking on its 3.2-inch capacitive HVGA touchscreen and 3.2 megapixel camera.
It is also the thinnest device in the 3.2 inch screen range available, weighing in at 115g, says the phone maker.
Other specs include MSM7227; HSDPA 7.2Mbps; UMTS900/2100M; Bluetooth, A2DP and Micro USB 2.0.
The 2.3 Gingerbread platform features a refined user interface makes the smartphone easy to navigate, more intuitive and more power-efficient.
It also contains the Huawei handset over-the-air and online upgrade (HOTA) for the Android platform.
Available here sometime in mid 2011, the device will retail for under the $200 mark.
The China based Telco also announced the IDEOS S7 Slim tablet, a next-generation 7-inch touchscreen tablet on the Android 2.2 platform.
It features a HD video (720p) and HiFi audio player for multimedia fanatics as well as 3G, Wi-Fi 11n and Bluetooth connectivity.
Specs wise it features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz processor, 512M memory Bluetooth BT2.1 as well as a 3.2 megapixels camera.
It will be released globally in April.
