The new “Minibeam” LED/DLP projector range from LG is setting out to prove that big things really can come in small packages, with four petite and stylish units that project a visual punch far beyond their weight.
Connect, play, watch: LG says it’s all possible with its
new range of projectors that cater for a variety of projector needs.
For home entertainers that want to show off home movies, photo albums or other digital media, for those who want to kick back and watch their favourite movies against a blank wall in a home’s lounge, living or rumpus room, or for the corporate types who need a compact projector for easier travelling while still wanting to deliver that “big-impact visual presentation”, LG’s new range of projectors is ready to project you in a new light.
LG says its new projectors are equipped with a long-lasting LED light source that offers a clear and bright display, with the projector light source lasting the life of the projector. This is approximately a 20 year life span, or four hours viewing a day with no lamps to change, or to have cool down first before turning off.
Each new projector, except the new LG MiniBeam PB60G, offers wireless connectivity through Miracast and Intel’s WiDi. This lets various mobile devices display wirelessly with ease, with no additional cables needed.
LG’s GM of Marketing, Lambro Skropidis said: “Everything we create at LG has the end-user’s best interests at heart. When it comes to projectors, there are so many options for how to use them or how best they integrate into your life. We took all this into consideration, and as a result we’ve created a range of projector units that not only offer feature packed specs, but a range that also comes in different shapes and sizes to best suit individual needs.”
