LG has unveiled a range of new gaming monitors, including five UltraGear models, featuring specifications including an OLED display and 4K resolution.
They were first revealed back at CES 2024, and so far, the 32GS95UE OLED and 27GS95QU OLED have been launched in the US and Canada.
Now these two models, along with three others will be launched in the company’s home market, South Korea. Currently, it’s unknown when these monitors will make their way to Australia.
The 32GS95UE is the world’s first monitor certified by CESA for ‘dual mode,’ which means it can switch between a 480Hz refresh rate with Full HD resolution, and a 240Hz refresh rate with 4K resolution.
Additionally, it’s the first model to adopt the LG Pixel Sound Technology, which projects the sound directly from the display, through vibrating film components built inside.
Other features include a 32-inch screen, 0.03ms response time, anti-glare, and low reflection.
Other monitors revealed for sale are the 34GS95QE and 39GS95QE models. These provide a WQHD resolution, with an 800R curvature, and a 21:9 aspect ratio.
Finally, there’s a 45-inch OLED monitor, and 27-inch OLED monitor which round out the list.
Each of these monitors will be available starting April 8th, in South Korea. Australian pricing and availability is still to be confirmed.
