LG will be releasing its limited 2018 Signature Edition V35 ‘ultra-premium’ smartphone in mid-August with only 300 units to be made.
According to 9to5Google, the device will be priced around US$1,800 with a zirconium ceramic body.
This ceramic body is reportedly ‘difficult to process’ but is hard to scratch and durable. It will be available in both black and white.
It will be powered by Snapdragon 845, 6GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a Quad-DAC with a 6-inch OLED QHD+ display. It will have a dual-rear 16MP camera with the AI features seen in the V30+ and V35.
With the pricetag comes a few added bonuses including a pair of B&O H9i over-ear headphones which are worth $799. Customers will also get a post-sales personal assistant and the opportunity to engrave a name on the product.
Last year was the first time the Korean company launched a Signature Edition smartphone based off the V30.
The Signature Edition V30 will be released August 13.
