LG has launched its biggest promotion in Australia yet, with the company giving away 36 BMWs in an effort to drive sales.

LG Australia’s Marketing Director, David Brand said that the new promotion was developed to introduce people to the company’s premium products and encourage consumers to consider and purchase their products.
“The significant investment we are making in the promotion highlights our belief in LG products and also our dedication to helping make life good for our customers. By working with BMW to supply the 320i’s, we are offering our consumers another opportunity to interact with a sophisticated brand that also offers stylish, first-class products,” says Brand.
Starting today, customers who purchase any selected premium LG products can get a chance to own one of 36 new BMW 320i’s.
The company is closely working with retailers to bring the promotion to life and will engage in direct to consumer activations as well as TV, online and radio advertising.
Hero products featured in the consumer promotion include the LG Time Machine (PS80 and PS70), the LG French Door Fridge (Four Door – GR-L219STS), and LG’s Combined Steam Washer and Dryer (WD12576FD).
To enter the promotion, customers must purchase one of the elected LG products included in the promotion from participating retailers during the promotional period. Consumers then go online, enter the product serial number at the dedicated microsite, www.lge.com.au/promotion/drive and follow the prompts to complete the entry form. Each BMW 320i is valued at $60,000 drive away.
Promotion ends November 1, 2009 with entries closing on November 6.
