Logitech has won 16 iF Design Awards for 2018, the most awards for the company breaking its previous record of nine in 2017.
The winning products include the Logitech Circle 2; Logitech G413 Mechanical backlit Gaming keyboard, G433 7.1 Gaming Headset; G Powerplay Wireless Charging System; G Pro Mechanical Gaming Keyboard; UE Blast; UE Megablast; UE Wonderboom; Craft Advanced Keyboard: MX Master 2S + Flow; MeetUP; MX Sound; Spotlight Presentation Remote; and Rugged Combo.
Alastair Curtis, chief design officer at Logitech says, “Design is at the enter of everything we do to bring remarkable experiences to our customers. We’re honoured to be consistently recognised by organisations such as iF for product design and innovation.”
Heidi Arkinstall, chief marketing officer at Logitech says, “This year, we’re honoured to be recognised by iF in the communication design category for the first time. We strive to create holistic experiences from product through to marketing to connect people with our brands, and we’re excited that iF recognises the impact of that design.”
Logitech says its in-house creative strategy and content production teams and partners were also recognised for achievement in communication design.
Logitech has also been awarded vendor of the year in this year’s SmartHouse ‘Best of the Best’ awards for 2018 with the MX Sound given ‘Best PC Speaker’ accolade in the same issue which you can read about here.
Every year, Hannover-based iF International Forum Design, organises the iF Design Award. Over 6,400 entries were submitted from 54 countries this year.
