The new ILVE 948 SXMP claims to heat up in eight minutes and has an automatic roasting probe that allows home cooks to perfectly gauge when food is cooked through the use of a microprocessor, according to ILVE. Once you have programmed the oven, it will automatically switch off when the meat probe reaches your specified temperature.
The oven is large enough to hold several dishes at once, and includes ILVE’s range of standard features: electric rotisserie, thermostatic control, concealed grill element, programmable timer and turbo wave cooking.
