Consumer complaints on the accuracy of the motion tracking of the Microsoft XBox 360 Kinect gaming system appear to have been ignored at the US gaming Company.
The problems which have been something of a concern to many users will not be addressed claims the Company.
While rumors have been gaining momentum on a possible update, Microsoft has firmly stated that this would not be happening any time soon.
An Xbox representative told CVG “this rumor is completely unsubstantiated.”
Judging by the prediction of 5 million units sold by the end of the year, the problem does not seem to be that bad for most consumers. Still though, they could always opt for unofficial hacks of the device said CVG.
