Miele has announced that it will provide various post-sales service bonuses to users who purchase its top of the line MasterCool refrigerators.

Customers who purchase the MasterCool refrigeration range (pricing ranges from $13,999 up to $18,999) will get the unit delivered and installed in their home without any additional charge.
The company will also organise a complimentary, pre-delivery and installation inspection of their home in order to ‘identify and eliminate any potential delivery and installation issues.’
“The pre-installation inspection is carried out by Miele’s MasterCool installation specialists, who have undergone a rigorous training regimen to ensure that these appliances are installed in the home faultlessly. The same specialists are also charged with the installation of the MasterCool product,” said a Miele spokesperson.
In addition, the company also has a team of dedicated MasterCool specialists within their National Customer Contact Centre that have expert knowledge of the technical operation and care of these appliances.
“As the MasterCool range comprises refrigeration solutions of the highest calibre, it makes sense that Miele truly goes above and beyond its excellence in service to ensure that the ultimate in support and expertise for the range, from delivery of the appliance to its long term maintenance,” concluded the company.
