A customer survey in the UK revealed that Miele still leads the appliance market in terms of reliability.

Miele has been recognised as the ‘best brand overall’ in a recent consumer survey from British Consumer Association magazine Which?
According to the Which? survey of more than 12,600 appliance owners, Miele received exceptional scores for its products with respect to longevity, durability and performance. It received near perfect scores for the reliability of its washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge/freezers, and vacuum cleaners.
The scores were based on customer satisfaction, how likely owners are to recommend a product to a friend and covers everyday concerns and major faults.
Miele washing machines and tumble dryers have had good or excellent reliability scores for several consecutive years in similar Which? surveys. This trend is also reflected in similar scores for Miele vacuum cleaners.
