News Ltd boss Rupert Murdoch is set to meet with senior executives of Samsung today in Korea, with some speculating that a content deal between the two companies is iminent.
Murdoch who owns the Times in London, The Wall Street Journal and the Fox television network,is visiting South Korea and will meet with Lee Jae-yong, son of former Samsung group chairman Lee Kun-hee, and Choi Gee-sung, head of digital media at Samsung, Yonhap News said in a report today.
The meeting comes as Samsung along with LG and Panasonic move to lock in content deals with content procviders like News Ltd.
