A personalised fitness coach on your earbuds?Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless earbuds, announced today, are a fitness fanatics dream – sweatproof, weatherproof.
The new earbuds also boast an in-ear biometric heart rate monitor, Dolby Digital Plus sound and real-time, personalised voice coaching via the awesome Sport Life app.
Telstra are also getting fitness ready will sell new earbuds instore and is Jabra’s exclusive telecommunications partner for the training buddies, it announced late yesterday.
The sweatproof Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless will be available from 1 October at Dick Smith, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi and select Telstra stores for AU$249 RRP.

Users can change music, answer calls or hear their personalised audio fitness coach during the workout, with one touch.
Cased in robust Kevlar and carbon fibre, the PULSE earbuds are built to take a pounding, sweat and storm-proof – built to US military standards.
Jabra’s Sport Life App is pretty cool – you can test fitness levels and aerobic capacity, adjust heart-rate zone training levels, and set goals based on distance, time or calories burned.
The app can be used to create workout playlists, share music. The earbuds are also compatible with several other third-party fitness apps, however.
The battery runs for up to 4.5 hours talk/music time, and up to 10 days standby.
