Notebook prices are expected to fall on October 22nd with analysts tipping a “netbook halo effect”, almost immediately with the introduction of new Windows 7 ultra-thin, ultra-light laptops powered by a new range of dual-core consumer ultra-low voltage (CULV) Intel chips.
